KDC are holding a free information seminar on how to take care of someone with a learning disability when you are no longer around – by setting up a trust or making a suitable will.
We have invited a local solicitor with experience of drafting wills and trusts for the benefit of people with a learning disability and they will be present at the Caldwell Centre on 4 December from 9.30 a.m. until 12.00 p.m.
This is an ideal opportunity to ask any questions that you may have with regards to your family will.
The seminar will be followed by the Direct Payments Peer Support Group meeting.
