KDC Appreciates its Volunteers
As part of National Volunteer Week 2012, KDC held an event in appreciation of their volunteer’s dedication, support and inspiration.
Volunteers were invited to the Caldwell Centre on Wednesday 13th June 2012 to share their experiences, enjoy some lunch whilst ‘catching up’ with their fellow volunteer colleagues.
Joyce Duckworth, Knowsley Disability Concerns CEO said “This Event was a great opportunity for me to thank all our volunteers who have given their support, expertise, knowledge and most of all their time to help clients in need of support and advice over the years.
I am very proud of how professionally our volunteers work with service users within the local community.
KDC volunteers are the heart and core of the service we deliver, without their support we wouldn’t be the organisation we are today. Well Done!!!!”
