Full time 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 p.a
Annual Leave: 30 days to start + bank holidays
Location: Huyton with travel around Knowsley
The role
To be part of KDC’s Direct Payments Support Service delivering a range of quality support, information and guidance to enable people in Knowsley to use Direct Payments to meet their personal care and support needs.
The ideal candidate
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high levels of literacy, numeracy.
- Have IT abilities, and being skilled in Excel will be highly desirable.
- Be comfortable travelling around Knowsley visiting clients in their homes to explain the service.
- Knowledge and awareness of Direct Payment in Knowsley is desirable but not essential.
