Additional COVID-19 testing facilities are now available in Knowsley with the introduction of a Local Testing Site (LTS) in Huyton.
The new unit will be located on the car park opposite Huyton Library on Civic Way from Friday 11 September for approximately three months. Other locations in the borough are also being identified.
It is a walk-through facility and means that people who don’t have access to a car can walk or cycle to the facility to be tested.
The site is operational seven days a week, from 8am until 8pm.
If you have a high temperature, new / persistent cough or a loss of taste or smell, you should stay at home and book a test. The LTS is operating on an appointment only basis. Appointments can be made by visiting www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or by ringing 119. More
