Know your Care

Knowsley Council has a website called Know Your Care. It is designed to improve choice and information about social care services for adults with learning or physical disabilities, older people, people with sight or hearing loss or those with mental health issues.

You can find lots of information about what is available in Knowsley to offer you support you need it most.The site enables you to contact the Council directly by completing on on-line form. You can use the on-line assessment form to tell the Council what diufficulties you are experiencing with day to day living.
