“Working together to tackle problems, find the right solutions and build resilience”

A Good Life is an ambitious project provided by Knowsley Disability Concern (KDC), in partnership with Better Lives; Sight and Mind; and Tailored Advice Services in the Community (TASC).

The Project will provide wrap-around, personalised support for adults in Knowsley who are disadvantaged for any reason, be it poverty, disability, age or other circumstances which prevent them from having ‘a good life’.

Help for people in Knowsley facing challenges in their lives

  • working with individuals, services and community groups
  • tackling the crisis and resolving immediate issues
  • building knowledge, skills and resilience
  • developing the foundations for A Good Life
We will assign a support worker from our team of ‘Connectors’ who will work alongside you to help you deal with a crisis, overcome the issues and build your skills and knowledge to be able to cope better in the future. We ensure that the wealth of community services available in Knowsley is made available to help improve the situation and move you closer to having A Good Life.
